About Our Farm

Maple Spring Farm is a small family owned farm located in the Cold Hollow Mountains of Vermont. Our family has been farming here for 8 generations. We take pride in the high quality maple syrup we produce, which has a rich flavor that is achieved through our wood fired set-up. We are a fraction of the size of many other producers and commercial processors. We strive to bring our unique small scale wood fired flavor to customers across the country. We take special care of our land to ensure the health and sustainability of our farm for generations to come.

Maple Spring Farm produces an old fashioned syrup with abundant maple flavor and a rich buttery taste that melts in your mouth. Our soil is mineral rich due to the underlying bedrock geology of Vermont's Green Mountains and in particular the Cold Hollow Mountains. These minerals are taken up by the roots of the trees and transferred to the sap we collect. This creates an excellent flavor unique to our region as well as a healthy natural sweetener loaded with vitamins and minerals including Zinc,Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, Riboflavin and Thiamine. Straight from our trees to you table. 

Our 100% pure Vermont Maple Syrup is gluten free and non-GMO. The process of making syrup does not require any chemical additives or preservatives.
